# Remind Document Recipient

`POST /api/v1/documents/{document_id}/recipients/{recipient_id}/remind`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zsign.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://zsign.io/api/v1/documents/{document_id}/recipients/{recipient_id}/remind`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send one signing reminder to a still-unsigned recipient.

Reuses `reminder_service` -- the same send path, cap, spacing, sequential
`can_sign_now` gate, and `send_invite` policy as the cron sweep and the
dashboard JWT route. `REMINDERS_ENABLED` does not apply; this is
owner-initiated. Envelopes sent with `send_invite=false` are refused
unless `override_send_invite` is true -- the integrator that owns
delivery owns the nagging too.
