# Download Document Certificate

`GET /api/v1/documents/{document_id}/certificate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zsign.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://zsign.io/api/v1/documents/{document_id}/certificate`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Standalone Certificate of Signature PDF for a completed envelope.

Path is the original `document_id` from send/status/list — not
`completed_document_id` and not a session id. Incomplete, voided, and
draft envelopes return 400 (`Session not completed`), same as
GET /api/sessions/{session_id}/certificate. Missing and not-owned
documents return 404.
