# Transfer Ownership

`POST /api/team/transfer`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zsign.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Owner-only. Demotes the current owner to an ordinary member and
promotes the target -- the only way an owner can ever leave (spec Q8).
