# Attach Template Link

`POST /api/documents/templates/{template_id}/link`

Give an existing template a public /t/{id} URL.

The counterpart to POST /api/template-links, which uploads a file and
links it in one call. This one links a template that already exists --
including one whose fields were placed in the visual editor, which had
no way to become a public link before.
