`POST /api/branding/white-label/checkout`

Start a $49/month White-label subscription via Stripe Checkout.
Owner-only -- see resolve_branding_owner_identity.

An optional `promo_code` is validated server-side against the configured
comp code and, on a match, attaches a Stripe coupon. See
stripe_service._comp_discount for why Stripe's own promotion-code field
is not used here.
