`GET /platform/v1/metadata/entities`

Retrieve a list of all GTM data model entities available to your organization

## Response `200`

Success

- GtmEntitiesListResponse: Response model containing a collection of GTM entities available in the data model.
  - `data` GtmEntity[], required: The primary data of the document
    - `id` string, required: The unique identifier for the resource
    - `type` string, required: The type of the resource
    - `attributes` GtmEntityAttributes, required: Core attributes that define a GTM data model entity, including its identity, relationships, and metadata.
      - `entityName` string, required: The unique identifier name of the entity within the GTM data model
      - `displayName` string, required: The human-readable name of the entity
      - `description` string, required: A detailed description explaining the purpose and usage of this entity
      - `associations` GtmEntityAssociation[], required: Collection of associations that define how this entity relates to other entities in the data model
        - `associatedEntity` string, required: The name of the entity that this association points to
        - `associatedFieldName` string, required: The field name in the associated entity that establishes the relationship
