# Upload File Cache

`POST /files`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://cpaas.zoho.com/v1.1`
- URL: `https://cpaas.zoho.com/v1.1/files`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Upload a file to CPaaS's File Cache. The uploaded file can be referenced in emails using the returned cache key, avoiding the need to re-upload the same file for every email.

## Query parameters

- `name` string, required

## Request body `multipart/form-data`

- object
  - `file` string, binary: The file to upload.

## Response `200`

File uploaded to cache successfully.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
