# Get a short-lived download URL for a file artifact

`GET /artifacts/{artifactId}/download`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ziggsai.com`
- URL: `https://api.ziggsai.com/artifacts/{artifactId}/download`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

After canReadArtifact, returns JSON { downloadUrl, expiresAt, filename } with a 60s S3 GET (attachment disposition). Unreadable → 404.
