Convert trial user to production.

Two conversion options:
1. keep_data: Convert trial org to production, optionally rename
2. start_fresh: Create new production org, soft-delete trial org

## Request body

- ConversionRequest: Request to convert trial to production.
  - `conversion_type` string, required: Either 'keep_data' or 'start_fresh'
  - `org_name` string, nullable: New org name (for keep_data) or required for start_fresh
  - `org_slug` string, nullable: New org slug (required for start_fresh)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ConversionResponse: Response after successful conversion.
  - `success` boolean, required
  - `org_id` string, required
  - `conversion_type` string, required
  - `message` string, required
