Preview a random audit sample: how many sampled admissions fall in each denial risk band.

The expected counts and the high-band range are exact (hypergeometric) for a
random sample without replacement. They count admissions the model rates in a
band; they are not denials.

## Request body

- AuditSimulationRequest: Parameters for the audit sample preview.
  - `sample_size` integer: Admissions an auditor samples
  - `avg_reimbursement_per_admission` number: Your average reimbursement per admission ($); an input, not a benchmark

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AuditSimulationResponse: What a random audit sample of the scored census would contain, by denial risk band. Counts only: how many sampled admissions the model rates in each band. It is not a denial rate or an expected number of denials (the score is not a probability).
