# Quick Capture

`POST /v1/intake/quick-capture`

## Request

Spin up a new intake claim from minimal information.

At least one of claim_type, claimant_name, or phone is required. When a
phone is provided we first try to reconnect to an existing intake/active
claim for that number — this is the "they called back, return to their
case" flow described in the original requirements.

## Request body

- QuickCaptureRequest: Minimal-info intake creation. At least one of claim_type, claimant_name, or phone must be provided.
  - `claim_type` string, nullable: ssdi | wc | va | ime | msa
  - `claimant_name` string, nullable
  - `phone` string, nullable
  - `email` string, nullable
  - `source` string: Where this capture came from: user_ui | agent | voice_inbound | sms_inbound
  - `note` string, nullable: Free-text note from the capturer

  - `reconnected` boolean: True if we matched an existing intake by phone instead of creating a new one
