# List Claims

`GET /v1/claims`

List claims with optional status, tier, and triage filters.

Default status filter is 'active' to preserve the long-standing /claims
page behavior. The intake list page passes status='intake' explicitly.

## Query parameters

- `lifecycle_stage` string, nullable: Filter by lifecycle stage
- `status` string, nullable: Filter by claim status: 'active' (default for the active claims view), 'intake' (intake triage view), or 'closed'. Pass 'all' to disable filtering.
- `intake_tier` string, nullable: Filter by intake tier: promising | needs_info | weak | unknown
- `has_inference` boolean, nullable: When true, only claims with an inference_result. When false, only claims without one.
- `flagged` boolean, nullable: Filter to flagged claims only
- `include_closed` boolean: When true and status='intake', also include status='closed' rows (the 'show closed' toggle).
- `include_empty` boolean: When true, include intake claims with zero documents (orphans). Default hides them.
- `sort_by` string: Sort order: updated | score_asc | score_desc | gaps_desc | risk_desc
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
