Export all supported SSA forms (SSA-16, SSA-3368, SSA-3373) for a claim (the SSN masked unless
``include_full_ssn`` passes the full-SSN gate: one access-log row naming every form).

## Path parameters

- `claim_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `include_full_ssn` boolean: Include the whole SSN (owner/admin with MFA; logged). Masked otherwise.
