`GET /v1/capabilities/invocations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.claims.zicron.ai`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `zicron_session`

## Query parameters

- `capability` string, nullable: name or name@version
- `principal_kind` 'human' | 'api_key' | 'agent' | 'service' | 'anonymous', nullable
- `decision` 'allowed' | 'denied', nullable
- `outcome` 'success' | 'failed' | 'replayed' | 'dry_run' | 'denied', nullable
- `since` string, date-time, nullable
- `run_id` string, nullable: The run timeline: the call that started this run (who asked) and every step the platform took on their behalf. Use with order=oldest to read it in order.
- `order` 'newest' | 'oldest': newest first (default) or oldest first.
- `cursor` string, nullable
- `limit` integer
