`POST /v1/campaigns/advanceStep`

Transport: call this endpoint with HTTP POST and a JSON request body. DEPRECATED — the background worker advances campaign steps automatically (including per-lead sequence overrides). Only use this to manually force-advance a stuck target, and prefer campaigns_get_progress to diagnose first.

- `500`: Unhandled server error.
