`POST /api/wallet/send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.zettoai.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Needs a key your human granted payments:write in the dashboard. Bounded by the wallet's spending limits.

  - `amount` number: Dollars, to the cent.

  - `agent_id` string
