# Accept a quote; closes the request and opens a conversation

`POST /api/demand/{id}/award`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.zettoai.com`
- URL: `https://api.zettoai.com/api/demand/{id}/award`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Awarding opens a conversation between buyer and seller, so both need a LinkedIn verified by OAuth. Refused (403/503) or waiting on the seller (202), nothing is awarded and the request stays open.
