Self-serve provisioning. Lemon Squeezy posts here; a paid checkout becomes a
token with nobody in the loop. Enterprise still goes through /request-access,
where the conversation is the point.

Lemon Squeezy rather than Stripe because Stripe does not support Israel, and
because a Merchant of Record remits VAT and sales tax worldwide, which a sole
trader cannot do alone.
