`GET /org/{orgID}/user`

Get organization members success

- OrganizationMember
  - `orgId` string: Organization ID
  - `userId` string: User ID
  - `name` string, nullable: Organization member display name
  - `email` string, nullable: Organization member email address

- `404`: Item not found
