# Set user permissions on a network

`POST /network/{networkID}/users`

## Request

Assign or update permissions for a specific user on a network. Use this endpoint to grant read, authorize, modify, or delete permissions.

## Path parameters

- `networkID` string, required

## Request body

- NetworkUserPermissions: User permissions for a specific network
  - `id` string, required: The user ID to set permissions for
  - `r` boolean: Read permission - allows viewing network settings
  - `a` boolean: Authorize permission - allows authorizing new members
  - `m` boolean: Modify permission - allows changing network settings
  - `d` boolean: Delete permission - allows removing members

## Response `200`

Permissions updated successfully

- NetworkUserPermissions: User permissions for a specific network
  - `id` string, required: The user ID to set permissions for
  - `r` boolean: Read permission - allows viewing network settings
  - `a` boolean: Authorize permission - allows authorizing new members
