`POST /api/v1/repositories/set-silent-pr-scans`

## Request

Enable or disable silent PR scans (run scans in the background without posting results to the VCS)

  - `organizationId` string, required: Organization containing the repository
  - `repositoryId` string, required: Repository to update
  - `silentPrScansEnabled` boolean, required: Whether to enable silent PR scanning mode
