`POST /api/v1/organizations/invite`

## Request

Invite a user to an organization

## Request body

  - `organizationId` string, required: ID of the organization
  - `email` string, email, required: Email address of the user to invite
  - `role` 'ADMIN' | 'MEMBER', required: Role to assign to the invited user
