`POST /api/v1/installations/create-azure-devops-pat-installation`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zeropath.com`

- Auth: API key in header `X-ZeroPath-API-Token-Id` and API key in header `X-ZeroPath-API-Token-Secret`

Connects an Azure DevOps Services organization using an encrypted personal access token.

## Request body

- CreateAzureDevOpsPatInstallationInput
  - `organizationId` string, required
  - `azureOrganizationUrl` string, uri, required: Azure DevOps Services organization URL, for example https://dev.azure.com/org
  - `pat` string, required: Azure DevOps personal access token with repository and service-hook scopes.
