# Get customer account status reason

`GET /account/{zrn}/status_reason`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cert.zerohash.com`
- URL: `https://api.cert.zerohash.com/account/{zrn}/status_reason`
- Auth: API key in header `X-SCX-API-KEY` and API key in header `X-SCX-PASSPHRASE`

This endpoint returns detailed information about customer account status, including lock reason codes. This endpoint is disabled by default and enabled per platform using feature flags.

    - `participant_code` string: Unique participant code
    - `platform_code` string: The code of the platform
    - `account_label` string: The account label associated with the account
    - `type` 'individual' | 'business' | 'jtic' | 'jtwros' | 'trust' | 'utma': The account type
    - `tier` 'lite' | 'pro' | 'bronze' | 'silver' | 'gold': The account tier
    - `status` 'open' | 'closed' | 'locked' | 'withdraw_locked' | 'divesting': The current status of the customer account
    - `author_type` 'customer' | 'system' | 'admin' | 'platform': The type of author who performed the last action
    - `reason` 'unknown' | 'user_request' | 'compliance_issue' | 'ach' | 'deprecated_policy' | 'minor_attained_age_of_majority' | 'policy_rule_matched': Reason code for the account status change
    - `compliance_reasons` string[]: Array of compliance issue reason codes
    - `notes` string: Additional notes about the account status
    - `case_number` string: Case number associated with the account status
    - `tenants` string[]: Tenants are the second owners of account
    - `financial_advisors` string[]: Financial advisors of the account
