Fleet performance TREND — the slope, not the since-inception level.

The ``/summary`` hero (``current/starting - 1``) is cumulative from
inception, so it stays anchored to the pre-fix drawdown and to any large
loss that settled late, and it hides whether performance is *improving*.
This returns the per-session P&L series with a cumulative line rebased to
the window start, rolling win rate / profit factor / expectancy over the
requested windows, a SPY buy-hold benchmark over the same sessions, and the
dated change-log inflections for chart annotations. ``headline`` carries the
latest rolling values — the number that should front the dashboard instead
of the since-inception NAV. Sessions are the ET trading day (``closed_at``
bucketed in America/New_York), matching the rest of the fleet's accounting.
