`GET /api/gex/regime-shift`

Per-strike dealer-gamma change between two points in time, plus the read.

The response is the whole card: the two snapshots' levels, the per-strike
diff, the two-axis scores with their normalization, the concentration
band, and the expiry scope the diff actually compared.  One request, one
render — the page never has to reconcile several feeds that moved
independently between fetches.

## Query parameters

- `symbol` string
- `lookback` string: session | 30m | 1h | 2h | 4h | prev_close | prev_same_time | week. prev_same_time is the honest day-over-day comparison; prev_close mixes in time-of-day seasonality.
- `expirations` string: 'all', or a comma-separated YYYY-MM-DD list restricting the diff to those expirations (intersected with what both snapshots have).
- `lens` string: 'net' scores the total change; 'positioning' scores only the open-interest-driven component (contracts actually traded).
- `strike_limit` integer
