Multi-horizon gamma flip + historical-realization overlay (PROTOTYPE).

## Query parameters

- `symbol` string: Underlying symbol
- `horizons` string: Comma-separated list of multi-day reference horizons in days. Each value substitutes for GAMMA_PROFILE_DTE_REF_DAYS for one resolve. Bounds: [0.25, 365], at most 12 entries.
