# Review deleted event

`POST review.deleted` (webhook)

Google Business Profile stopped returning this review, for example after Google's spam filter removed it. Detected by polling, it usually fires 6 to 12 hours after the review disappears.

- Opt-in: only locations covered by a webhook subscribed to review.deleted or review.restored are checked.
- If the review comes back, review.restored fires. A review Google hides and later restores produces review.deleted and then review.restored.
- A review.updated can arrive for a review reported by review.deleted. The next check restores it.
- It may arrive for a review id you never received review.new for. Ignore ids you do not know.

## Payload

- WebhookPayloadReviewDeleted: Webhook payload for the review.deleted event.
  - `id` string, required: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
  - `profiles` object[]: The profiles this event belongs to, each with the externalId you set on it (null when none is set). Use it to route the event to your tenant without storing Zernio profile ids. Present on every event tied to a profile, absent on events that belong to none. Events spanning several profiles (a post published to accounts of different profiles) list each once.
    - `id` string, required
    - `externalId` string, nullable, required
  - `test` boolean: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
  - `event` 'review.deleted', required
  - `review` object, required
    - `id` string, required: Full review name, matching review.id on the review.new event ("accounts/123/locations/456/reviews/789").
    - `platform` 'googlebusiness', required
    - `rating` integer, nullable, required: Star rating the reviewer gave. Null when it was never recorded.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the reviewer posted the review. Null when it was never recorded.
    - `lastSeenAt` string, date-time, required: Last time Zernio saw Google return this review.
  - `account` object, required
    - `id` string, required
    - `accountId` string: Account ID (same as id); canonical field for account filtering.
    - `platform` string, required
    - `username` string, required
  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required: UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
