# Caller identity status updated event

`POST branded_calling.identity.status_updated` (webhook)

Fired on every status change of a Branded Calling caller identity: `requested`
(a new submission or resubmit, in our review), `changes_requested` (we need
answers, see `branded_calling.identity.action_required`), `rejected` (by our
review or by the carrier; `reason` says why), `pending_email_verification`
(filed with the carrier; the authorizer enters the emailed code), `in_review`
(carrier vetting), `verified` (live for a year: attach numbers), `suspended`
(an infringement claim is open), `expired` and `permanently_rejected`.

## Payload

- object
  - `id` string — Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
  - `event` 'branded_calling.identity.status_updated'
  - `timestamp` string, date-time — UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
  - `identity` object
    - `id` string
    - `displayName` string
    - `status` string
  - `status` 'requested' | 'changes_requested' | 'rejected' | 'pending_email_verification' | 'in_review' | 'verified' | 'suspended' | 'expired' | 'permanently_rejected'
  - `reason` string — Our review note, or the carrier's rejection reasons, when there is one.
