# Get the saved welcome screen

`GET /v1/connect/welcome-screen`

The workspace's saved welcome screen settings, shared by the whole team. With `showByDefault` on, every `GET /v1/connect/{platform}` made with your API key shows the welcome screen before the platform's authorization screen, without `welcome=true` or any branding parameter. Connects started from the Zernio dashboard always show it, with this branding when saved.

## Response `200`

The saved settings. A workspace that never saved any gets `showByDefault` false and null fields.

- ConnectWelcomeScreen
  - `showByDefault` boolean
  - `brandName` string, nullable
  - `logoUrl` string, nullable
  - `theme` object, nullable: Same keys as the `welcomeTheme` parameter of `GET /v1/connect/{platform}`.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key. `code` is `missing_credentials` when no Authorization header was sent and `invalid_credentials` when the key is unknown, revoked or expired.
