# Get LinkedIn organization follower demographics

`GET /v1/analytics/linkedin/demographics`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zernio.com/api`
- URL: `https://zernio.com/api/v1/analytics/linkedin/demographics`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the lifetime follower breakdown of a connected LinkedIn organization page by job function, seniority, industry and company size.
Function, seniority and industry are labelled with LinkedIn's standardized names (English) and keep the LinkedIn URN in `id`. Company size is labelled as a range such as `2-10` or `10001+`.
LinkedIn returns at most the top 100 values per breakdown and leaves out followers whose profile lacks that field, so a breakdown does not add up to the follower count.
Organization accounts only: a personal LinkedIn account answers 400 `personal_account_not_supported`. Requires the r_organization_social, r_organization_followers and r_organization_admin scopes (412 otherwise) and the Analytics add-on.

## Query parameters

- `accountId` string, required
- `breakdown` string

## Response `200`

Follower demographics for the organization page

- object
  - `success` boolean
  - `accountId` string
  - `platform` 'linkedin'
  - `metric` 'follower_demographics'
  - `demographics` object: Only the requested breakdowns are present. Entries are sorted by value, largest first.
  - `note` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key. `code` is `missing_credentials` when no Authorization header was sent and `invalid_credentials` when the key is unknown, revoked or expired.
- `402`: Analytics access required. Legacy plans need the Analytics add-on; included by default on usage-based plans.
- `404`: Resource not found
- `412`: The LinkedIn connection is missing the organization analytics scopes. Reconnect the account to grant them.
