# Investigation Message Sent

`POST investigations.message_sent` (webhook)

This webhook is triggered when a new message relating to an investigation is sent.

## Payload

- InvestigationsMessage
  - `id` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier for the event
  - `type` 'messages', required: The type of the resource
  - `attributes` object
    - `camt_message` object, required
    - `direction` 'incoming' | 'outgoing', required: The direction of the message ('incoming' or 'outgoing').
  - `meta` object
    - `codes` object: The keys of this object are the codes themselves and the values are strings representing their meanings.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Successfully received webhook.
