`POST investigations.action_requested` (webhook)

This webhook is triggered when an action is requested for an investigation.

## Payload

- InvestigationsEvent
  - `id` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier for the event
  - `type` 'events', required: The type of the resource
  - `attributes` object
    - `at` string, date-time, required: The date and time when the event occurred
    - `title` 'OFI raised dispute' | 'Merchant accepted dispute' | 'Merchant action requested' | 'Merchant rejected dispute', required: The title of the event
    - `detail` 'Payer's bank raised a dispute' | 'Merchant acknowledged dispute was founded and has returned funds' | 'Zepto requested merchant to take action' | 'Merchant rejected dispute with evidence', required: The detailed description of the event
