Follow new, amended and withdrawn published notices in change order. Each item names its changed fields; read /tenders/{id} for content. Pass nextCursor as cursor to continue. Without cursor or since, the feed starts seven days ago.

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string: Pass nextCursor from the previous response to continue where it stopped.
- `since` string, date-time: Earliest change time with a timezone. Without a cursor or since, the feed starts seven days ago.
- `until` string, date-time: Exclusive end of the window, with a timezone. With since and until, paging with nextCursor reads one closed window completely.
- `countries` string[]
- `sources` string[]: Source IDs from list_public_tender_sources, such as ted-europa.
- `events` string[]
- `sectors` string[]
- `limit` integer
- `locale` 'en' | 'de' | 'fr'
