# Create organization label

`POST /v2/organization/labels`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.zenzap.co`

  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `X-Signature`
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.zenzap.co/oauth/token` scopes: `label:write`

Create a new label in your organization. The label name must be unique
within the organization (case-insensitive). Use the returned label ID
when adding the label to a topic via `POST /v2/topics/{topicId}/labels`.

- `X-Timestamp` integer

## Request body

- LabelCreateRequest
  - `name` string, required: The label display name. Must be unique within your organization (case-insensitive).

## Response `201`

Label created successfully

- Label
  - `id` string, uuid: The label ID
  - `name` string: The label display name

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request — missing/empty name, name too long, a label with this name already exists, or the organization label limit (100) was reached.
- `401`: Unauthorized - invalid or missing API token
- `500`: Internal server error
