Download an opening-entry proposal as an accounting-import file.

Renders the proposal's stored journal entries through the journal-export
exporters (canonical JSON / bexio JSON / AbaConnect XML). The export format is the
company's ``accounting_solution`` unless overridden by ``?format=`` — so the same
proposal can be pulled for both abacus and bexio without flipping the company
setting. Read-only: no accountant call, no balance-snapshot requirement.

200 → the file bytes as an ``attachment`` download. 404 ``{"msg"}`` if the proposal
is unknown. 409 ``{"msg"}`` if it carries no rendered journal entries to export.

- `format` 'bexio' | 'abacus' | 'generic': The company's target accounting software, driving journal-entry export format. Per-company manual choice (no provenance). ``generic`` (the default) emits a clean canonical JSON; ``bexio``/``abacus`` select the matching export renderer.
