# Acknowledge Finding

`POST /companies/{company_id}/review/findings/{finding_identity}/acknowledge`

Acknowledge an open finding with a reason (accountant).

The ack binds to the finding's current value fingerprint — if a later
review changes the magnitude, the finding reopens. A finding whose code is
acknowledged by classifying it (``ack_treatments`` non-empty — F0875, e.g.
``VAT_REVENUE_UNCOVERED``) needs ``treatment``, one of those keys; **422**
``invalid.reviewAckTreatment`` without one, or with one on any other code.
