`POST /companies/{company_id}/reconciliation/rescore`

Re-score the company's existing auto ``bank_entry_item`` links with the current
scorer (match-quality §3.4 backfill). Unlike ``/rematch`` this touches **already
linked** rows — recomputing ``match_quality`` + ``match_signals`` — and leaves
``manual``/``imported`` provenance untouched. Idempotent; never auto-unlinks.
