# Get Pipeline Progress

Is it still working? How many documents a machine can still move, by stage (F2780).

The complement of the work list: that one counts what waits for a **human**, this one
what waits for a **machine** - documents being received (`intake`), read (`analyzing`),
filed (`archiving`) and queued for the AI accountant (`coding`). It counts only rows a
worker will still claim: a triage-parked document, a company with autonomy off, a bank
statement or an item whose coding already failed is NOT pending, so `active` goes false
once the machines have nothing left to do and the banner it drives goes away.

Any member of the company may ask (the numbers carry no document data); another company's
figures are never included. There is no ETA - `oldest_age_seconds` is the wait of the
oldest thing in the stage, and exists only for `intake`, the one stage that records when
a row was queued. The answer is cached for about 5 seconds per company.
