The company's contracts that still predate the insurance policy (F2702).

A contract created before the policy existed has ``insurance_policy = NULL``: its empty
UVG/KTG/BVG branches are charged nothing and only warn on the run. Each row names the
branches that need an explanation; ``live`` marks the contracts a next run can reach.
