`GET /companies/{company_id}/opening-entries`

List a company's generated opening-entry proposals (CompanyMember; newest first).

Each proposal carries the **computed** staleness fields (``is_stale`` /
``stale_reasons`` / ``pending_newer``); the shared current state (accepted prior-FY
snapshot, chart/VAT fingerprints, pending uploads) is loaded once per
``target_fiscal_year``, not per proposal.
