# List Ledger Accounts

`GET /companies/{company_id}/ledger-accounts`

List the chart of accounts with filters + pagination (CompanyMember).

Reads one fiscal year's postable GL chart (``gl_account``, FY-scoped): the
``fiscal_year`` param, else the company's most recent year; a year the company does
not have reads back empty. The ``LedgerAccountOut`` shape is preserved by
synthesizing the legacy provenance fields (``journal_usage_count=0``;
``sources=["gl"]``; first/last-seen ``None``); ``fiscal_year`` is the year read, so
``available_fiscal_years`` holds at most that one year.

Distinct from — but derived from — ``LineRole`` (the journal-line semantic role). ``unknown`` is the conservative default when classification can't decide; ``other`` covers genuinely ambiguous / closing (9xxx) accounts.
