The same KPI report as a printable PDF Kurzreport (CompanyMember).

Computes the report (same ``fiscal_year`` resolution as the JSON sibling), assembles
the renderer request (``kpi_pdf``) and streams the rendered bytes as an attachment.
Renderer outage → 503 (only this endpoint degrades). Filename is ASCII-only (FY +
as-of date — company names can carry umlauts). ``fiscal_year`` exists so the download
cannot quietly report a different year than the screen it was started from (ZCT-263).
