# Waive Vat Close Entry

Record "no document is coming" for one entry — accountant (or admin).

Returns the period's **re-evaluated** checks, so the caller sees the effect of the
waiver rather than having to ask again. ``period_id`` is the period whose checklist is
being worked through (a waiver itself is period-independent — it is a statement about
the entry).
