What stands between this period and a close — read-only, and cheap.

Reports leftover **draft entries** (the only block: they alone flip ``checks_passed``,
and any close of an ``open`` or ``soft_closed`` period refuses on them — a soft close
included; only ``closed -> year_closed``, whose drafts are already inert, does not),
plus three
advisory blocks the close UI offers an action next to — period-end **accrual
candidates**, the year-end **fixed-asset review** (fiscal-year scoped, so reported only
on the year's last period; ``None`` elsewhere means "not applicable", not "clean") and
AR/AP **control-account agreement**.

Know what it does NOT cover: held AI posting proposals and unreconciled bank entries
appear nowhere in it, and both are ordinary reasons a period is not really finished.
``GET …/worklist`` is what reports those. A green result here is not a statement that
the period's work is done.
