Reverse a payment: mirror JE, allocations + payment marked ``reversed``,
open items rebuilt. ``payment_id`` is the **gl_payment id** (from
``GET/POST /gl/payments`` — ``GlPaymentOut.id``), **not** the journal-entry
id; a payment entry's ``journal_entry_id`` is listed alongside it.
