# Apply Change Set

`POST /companies/{company_id}/change-sets/{set_id}/apply`

Apply a pending change-set under a row lock — consent → atomic commit (accountant).

Scopes the set by its company. 409 if the set is no longer ``pending`` (already
resolved) or the live value drifted (the service marks it ``superseded``).
