- CashEntriesResponse: ``GET /cash/registers/{register_id}/entries`` envelope. ``gl_balance`` is the register account's GL balance (all FYs by code); ``book_balance`` is Σ of the book's posted entries — a difference means the account is also posted outside the cash book. (Field named ``cash_register`` — a plain ``register`` shadows ``ABCMeta.register`` on the pydantic metaclass and warns.)
