Confirm (or re-confirm) that the listed bank accounts are ALL of the company's
business accounts, and whether cash / payment-provider takings exist and are imported
(accountant). Stamps the confirming user and the time. 422 unless ``account_ids`` is
exactly the company's business accounts.

- BankCompletenessIn: ``PUT …/accounting-settings/bank-completeness`` — confirm (or re-confirm) the list. ``account_ids`` must be exactly the company's business bank accounts (declared or confirmed as its own); ``takings``: ``none`` — there are no cash or payment-provider takings; ``imported`` — there are, and they are imported into Zeno too.
