The confirmation that the company's bank accounts are complete (CompanyMember).

The SSS entry test proves a quiet stretch of the preceding tax period nil only from
the bank statements of accounts a human confirmed complete (F2478 (1));
``unconfirmed_accounts`` lists business accounts added since the confirmation.
